INJURY REHABILITATION ASSESSMENT · CORE 3 RESTORE

Your rehab starts from day one.

Your injury rehabilitation starts with an assessment of your symptoms, movement and goals. We can begin hands-on work when suitable and corrective exercises, with a home plan to build on.

A PRACTICAL FIRST APPOINTMENT

We don't just talk about the problem. We get to work.

We'll discuss your symptoms, activity and goals, then look at how you move through relevant guided tests. Your assessment may include hands-on treatment and corrective movements, depending on your findings and what's appropriate for you.

You'll also learn exercises to practise at home, so you leave knowing what to work on before we meet again.

WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR FIRST ASSESSMENT

A clear starting point. Practical support.

Every person is different, but the first session is designed to give you an understanding of the way forward and something useful to begin working on.

01

Understand your goals

Discuss the symptoms or limitations you're experiencing, your history and what you want to get back to doing.

02

Assess how you move

Explore relevant mobility, movement patterns, control and strength with guided assessment.

03

Begin corrective work

Use suitable hands-on techniques alongside guided mobility, corrective movements and initial exercises.

04

Take a plan home

Leave with exercises to practise between sessions, chosen around the priorities identified in your assessment.

FROM YOUR FIRST VISIT

Leave with more than an explanation.

  • A clearer understanding of the movement priorities we identify together.
  • Practical hands-on and corrective work where appropriate, not just a discussion.
  • Home exercises from day one to help you build on the session.
  • A direction for progression through Reset → Rebuild → Restore, tailored to your goals.
WHO IS IT FOR?

For recurring pain, injury and returning to activity.

The assessment may be suitable if you're experiencing:

  • Recurring aches, pain or injury-related movement limitations.
  • Difficulty returning to running, sport or regular exercise.
  • Restricted movement or reduced confidence in certain activities.
  • A need for structured guidance on rebuilding strength and capacity.

If your symptoms call for medical investigation or a different clinician, we'll discuss an appropriate next step.
