Why I do this work

I didn’t choose injury rehab because it was trendy.
I chose it because I’ve seen too many people lose hope.

But their bodies didn’t feel fine.

What I discovered over years of experience is this:

Most pain doesn’t come from where it hurts.
It comes from how your body learned to move when something went wrong years ago.
